MICHAEL G. MILLIMAN (he/him) has over 20 years of experience practicing law. Mike has focused on not only providing his clients with exceptional legal services, but also building long-standing partnerships with them.

After graduating law school and passing the bar, Mike earned an LL.M. degree in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School, one of the top-rated tax law programs in the country.

 

Mike has extensive experience in advising his clients on all levels of estate planning, from simple wills to complex trust agreements. Mike approaches each estate plan by determining the client’s goals and objectives before offering various options to accomplish them.

 

Mike’s practical knowledge offers his clients an all-encompassing approach to his real estate practice. He represents both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.

 

For business clients, Mike represents both new companies at the formation stage, and serves as general counsel to established local, regional and international businesses.

 

Mike is married to his lovely wife, Jen, and they have a blended family of 5 children together.
