Will you let me know if there are any cancellations?
On your confirmation email, you will see a button to manage your appointment. If you click that button you will see the current availability and can reschedule to an earlier time if an earlier time became available
Do you have additional availability that is not on the scheduling page?
No. The scheduling page shows our current availability
Signing
Can the documents be signed electronically
Yes, in Illinois. No, in Michigan. If you are a resident of Michigan and would like to advocate for electronic signatures, please contact your legislative representatives and ask them to pass HB 4654.
Do my successor agents have to be present at the signing appointment?
No. The successor agents will sign their respective acceptance pages if and when they need to serve.
